Fourteen days, in full, without a conversation about why.
The window
Fourteen days from your first payment. Write to hello@oohla.live and ask. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked for one.
Renewals
A renewal you did not intend is refunded within 14 days of the charge, whatever the reason. If you forgot to cancel, say that; it is the most common one and it is fine.
How long it takes
Processed within two working days. Your bank then takes between three and ten days, which is out of our hands.
What happens to the account
A refund ends the subscription. You can keep using the world until the period you paid for runs out, unless you ask us to end it sooner.
Cancelling instead
Cancelling is two taps inside the app and stops the next charge. It does not delete anything. Ending the world is a separate, deliberate control.
